100 Things About Me

1. I am not an athletic person and I hate running. But I want to take up running, soccer, and horseback riding someday. Hopefully soon.



2. I thought I would never become an aunt, since my oldest brother (who is married) decided not to have kids, my sister (who is also married) had health problems, and my other two brothers are very unlikely to get married. But, my sister had her son in May of 2005, and her daughter in August of 2007.



3. Sometimes I wonder what it's like to be blind, or in a wheelchair. I have a few friends in wheelchairs, and a friend who is legally blind. I have a learing disability myself, so I kind of know what they go through.



4. My favorite color is purple.



5. My second favorite color is blue.

6. My favorite animal is the horse. I hope to take riding lessons soon, and go to the summer Olympics.

7. My second favorite animal is the dog. My favorite breed is the golden retriever. I've never had a dog before, but if I ever do, I want to get a golden retriever.

8. I am working on a project that is very close to my heart. It is called the We Matter! Project that creates awareness of disabilities through poems, stories, pictures, videos, and more. It will hopefully be turned into a published book someday. I have a blog for this, where I post all of my works.

9. The project has brought out my creative side, and I hope this will help me in writing a book that I want to publish someday. I am planning on writing a fiction book about people with disabilities, so hopefully the work from this project will help me get started with the book.

10. I haven't thought too much about my wedding, but I have thought about having my wedding in Hawaii, and my honeymoon in Italy. I have never been to either place before, and have always wanted to go.
